Consultation
The first step in the home renovation process is the consultation. This is where the MHR Homes & Renovations team meets with the homeowner to discuss their goals, budget, and timeline for the renovation. The team will also assess the property and offer recommendations based on their expertise.

Planning
After the consultation, the MHR Homes & Renovations team will begin the planning phase. This is where they create a detailed plan for the renovation, including design concepts, materials, and a project timeline. The team will work closely with the homeowner to ensure their vision is reflected in the plan.

Development
Once the planning phase is complete and the homeowner has approved the plan, the MHR Homes & Renovations team will move on to the development phase. This is where they will begin the physical renovation work, such as demolition, framing, electrical and plumbing work, and installation of fixtures and finishes.

After Care
After the renovation is complete, the MHR Homes & Renovations team will provide after care to ensure the homeowner is satisfied with the final result. This may include any necessary touch-ups or repairs, as well as guidance on maintenance and upkeep of the renovated space. The team will also be available for any follow-up questions or concerns.
